Is it normal for women to watch lesbian movies?

I recently found out that my girlfriend watches, once in a while, lesbian movies. When I confronted her, she denied it. Later she told me that she did googled to watch lesbian sex. Her argument was that regular porn is too gross, and that when women do it, it just looks better. I am just having a hard time imagining how she likes when women lick each other. Umm well I did watch it once...for good reason, I think. I wanted to know how lesbians do...you know. I never understood how it could work without A and B....you know A and A can't really do much and B and B can't either. I was wondering what else they do because I know gay people still think that they "do it"...however the lack of A and B doesn't really count in my mind.
